A package of cookie mix was waiting and the butter needed to make the cookies was waiting in the fridge.The front deck, set up with 2 tables, 6 chairs and an umbrella, provided a perfect place for visiting friends and family.We look forward to staying again when in the area, and friends who came to visit are likely to be recommending Linny's. The area is very quiet and we enjoyed to sit on the porch in the afternoon watching birds and squirrels. Kids loved the TV and candy jar of course. Highly effective air condition, but a bit noisy - might just be us Norwegian that is not used to AC however. The nearby Southwick rail trail was perfect for jogging/powerwalks in the morning. Great communication and follow-up during the stay. Recommended! ##### Geir K. We drove over 4 hours to get here for Six Flags and Stanley Park and this was a welcoming and wonderful quiet location for our family. The only thing to note was the AC situation. The bedroom with the king bed that has AC was very hot and the AC was broken. We did reach out to the host and they were very responsive but still it was an inconvenience. The location was great, the house was overall clean and we loved being able to walk down to see the lake. Thank you to wonderful hosts! ##### Jessica J. What a beautiful house. So cute and comforting. High end mattresses and bedding. Each room is so wonderfully decorated. One small detail that we suggest: a hard backed chair for older folks that have issues getting up out of soft furniture. It's a cozy house with all the amenities. My daughter appreciated the Roku tv and the candy jar!! ##### Regina H. Perfect size for a couple or small family.
