Springdale Vacation Packages

Parking underground is not a good experience. The machines were jammed to accept the parking pass, then the same equipment were so out of date they have no tap option and cannot read strips on new cards, you are therefore stuck until a very "unfriendly" attendant comes by and tells you how your holding up traffic, takes the ticket and finds he cannot operate the machine either and states "do you have cash" , I handed him a 20 for a an 18 dollar parking fee, he said you will need to wait for change. At that point I did not want to loose it, I told him keep the change, he stated I had to wait for him to go to another area of the garage to open the gate. Suggestion to either put in a better system for payment or have a permanent physical attendant accept payments .......like we did in the old days

breakfast was lovely parking was good and felt secure

Déjeuner parfait. Nous aurions aimé un 2e fauteuil dans la chambre. Il n’y avait qu’une seule chaise. C’est plate être assis sur le lit

Rooms were clean…. Staff friendly and very helpful….. Breakfast was delicious and the valet parking was wonderful
