Springbank Snow Countess Monument Tours and Activities

Clean room, conveniently located for an event we were attending.

Our room itself was decent, but had a leaky sink (water pooled on the floor a bit) and water stains on the ceiling suggest that this is an issue on other floors as well. Check in took a very long time, there was only one employee at the desk and she took ages to check in a couple that entered just before us. There are no keys for the rooms but instead a 7 digit code that you have to use to open your room door as well as outer entrances to the hotel after 10pm. The code didn’t work for the front door, luckily we were given a backup pin to get in, as there is no staff on site after 11pm. There is also no on site parking and the parking passes the hotel provides (for an extra charge) also do not allow in/out privileges, so we had to pay for Ubers to go out. If you’re going to an event at Canada Life Place it’s a very convenient location, but the hotel itself is lacking.
