Our bathroom sink would not drain and the bathroom as a whole was dirty. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable.

I was placed in a ADA room and dis not request this type of room. The shower was very awkward and did not turn on/off correctly. This experience took away from my stay.

We have used this hotel for 20 years. It has declined significantly. No soap or lotion in the shower dispensers, toilet way too low, shower floor was spongy, water controls in the shower were complicated and difficult. This is difficult location to reach off of University Pkway.
