Located in Spring Lake, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bunk bed, guests will have a variety of sleeping options. The property features AC, WiFi, heating, and a washing machine for convenience. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a shower and bathtub. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Spring Lake.  
  
Looking for a peaceful getaway? This beautiful, newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is the perfect escape in a quiet area just steps from Spring Lake, and only minutes away from the gorgeous beaches of Lake Michigan.

The space  
The house is newly renovated - inside and out. Everything is brand new and clean!  
  
There are 3 bedrooms - 1 is a master suite with attached bathroom. Master bedroom has a king bed with new mattress. 2 secondary bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with twin bunk beds. There is washer and dryer available on site. All appliances are brand new - as is all bedding and linens. Indoor and outdoor dining available as well as plenty of space to spend outside.  
  
The house is located near a public access to Spring Lake. Driveway is plenty big enough to park a trailer if you are bringing a boat - boat launch is only a few miles away.

Be in the center of it all and enjoy everything the tri-cities—Grand Haven, Spring Lake, and Ferrysburg—have to offer without the usual traffic and congestion of US 104 and US 31. Hop onto the adjacent bike path to walk or bike to a nearby ice cream shop (A La Mode, 0.8 mi), restaurant (Pine Street Cafe for one of the best brunches around, 0.7 mi), camp store (Reef Convenience Store, 0.1 mi), or parks (Sunnyside Park with children’s playground, 0.2 mi; William Ferry Park for excellent boat watching, 0.9 mi), or venture slightly farther into Grand Haven (2 mi) or Spring Lake (1.5 mi) for breweries, restaurants, shopping, Lake Michigan beaches, and more. Muskegon is just a 15 minute drive north, and Michigan's Adventure theme park and waterpark is just 20 minutes away.. Discover nearby gems like North Beach Park at Lake Michigan (3.0 mi), Coastguard Park (basketball, hiking trails, pickleball, tennis, 2.3 mi), Ottawa Sands county park (paved walking path around an 80-acre inland lake, hiking, fishing, bald eagle’s nest, 2.4 mi), a free disc golf course (Lakeshore Disc Golf Complex, 3.0 mi), and mini golf, bumper cars, batting cages, and more (Craig’s Cruisers, 3.4 miles).

There is plenty of driveway parking. A garage on the property is not available for guest use. Owners may access garage for lawn equipment with notice.

and a starter supply of coffee/tea, paper products, cleaning products, including laundry detergent. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, and utensils.

#### Grand Haven Home

The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable (more firm, my preference). Coffee, creamer and complimentary snack items were provided. Owner kept us informed about some problems with the AC they had been dealing with before we checked in. We had an issue with the AC keeping up and the owner was prompt with responding to my message. This was Sunday evening, the owner had the AC repair man there within 45 minutes of my message. The repair man was able to temporary fix it until a part was going to be replaced in a few days. The AC cooled the remainder of our stay. This was an awesome place to stay and the owner was wonderful!
