This house was perfect!! The neighborhood was nice.. Your close to everything and not far from Nashville.. we truly enjoyed stayed.. The owner was very nice. He insured us if needed anything now.. I will be staying here again!!

When I saw this house had full 5 star reviews, I was a little skeptical. But it was 100% 5 stars!!! It was perfect for our stay and you couldn't beat the price we paid. The rooms were spacious and they had every single thing we could possibly have needed, including bedding for babies. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I loved all the kid stuff that was supplied like plates and balls for outside. The place was clean and the hosts were so friendly and prompt to any questions. We would DEFINITELY stay here again if the price stays the same!!!

The host was very responsive to any questions or issues (an small appliance was not working and he resolved it the same day) . The home was clean and supplied with almost anything required in the kitchen. We especially enjoyed the Television option using Roku. After signing in as a quest, we had full access to programming we use. UtubeTV, Prime, Disney or any other online service was available. Signing in to your account allowed for video service the same as our home. The internet also was easy to access and sign in and the speed was excellent. Having stayed in other VRBO's this was the best experience we have enjoyed.

Great place in a great location! Everything was clean and ready for us! Well equipped kitchen! Plenty of room for family to enjoy together time but to also get privacy when needed. Loved the gas logs on the chilly morning! The host was great to communicate with and had excellent info to ensure we had all we needed during our stay.

The home was great for our Thanksgiving rental. It was clean well stocked with just about any kitchen need. The laundry was clean and there were plenty of cleaning supplies. We had an issue with the a couple of the appliances but the property manager was very responsive and took action.

Girls weekend Trip to Nashville

Nashville is a fun town, even for us middle age women. We enjoyed our stay but would recommend a few updates. The house is very nice and has great bedrooms except for the beds. I got the bunk beds and the mattress was 3" thick and was in a plastics cover along with some of the other beds, and the plastic crinkled when you moved. I felt like I was sleeping in hospital bed. The beds were NOT comfortable at all. The carpet upstairs needs to be replaced, it was pretty old and gross, thank goodness I bought my sleepers. I know that a lot of VRBO plug in air fresheners this house as many. It was over whelming. We had yo unplug them and open up the windows. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need and the house is very clean.

Oct 1-6. 2024 Stay

This was my first experience renting a VRBO, and it was a very pleasant experience. The house was clean, the kitchen will stocked with dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils & cookware and spices. Also plenty of books & games for entertainment. Any questions were promptly replied to by the contact person. Would highly recommend this home to rent, and will rent this home in the future for travels to Spring Hill & Nashville area.

Weekend stay for wedding
