📋 Booking Requirements
👤 Primary guest must be 18 years or older to book. If the person booking is between 18-24 then we will have a $1000 refundable damage deposit.
🏡 Guests have full access to the entire home.

📝 After Booking

To finalize your reservation, you must complete the following within 24 hours of booking:

✅ Sign the rental agreement
✅ Submit a copy of your valid government-issued ID

💳 Payment Information

A down payment of $1,000 or 10% of the total reservation (whichever is greater) is required to secure your booking.

If your reservation is more than 60 days from check-in, the remaining balance will be collected after your down payment has been received.

Our pool heater operates November 1 – April 1.

🌡️ If temperatures are unusually cool before November 1 and the pool cannot maintain 80°F, we'll gladly turn the heater on for your stay.

Please note:

Pool heaters Nov 1-April 1: only operate while the pool pump is running (approximately 8–12 hours per day).
During periods of unusually cold weather (temperatures in the 50s or lower), the heater may not be able to maintain 80°F.
