Anfiteatro Apartment, located in the charming town of Spoleto, right in the city center and just a short walk from all main services and transport links, offers you a stay immersed in culture and greenery. 

From here, you can reach the main landmarks within minutes on foot: the Cathedral, the Albornoz Fortress, and the Bridge of Towers. 

The accommodation is perfect for couples and families. The apartment is set within a historic building, featuring picturesque interiors and modern comforts. 

The apartment is a little gem of 55 sqm, located on the first floor. 

Located in a strategic area, just steps away from all major services and a few minutes’ walk from the historic center. The apartment consists of a living room and kitchen, a bathroom with shower box, and a double bedroom with wardrobe. 

The apartment has been designed and furnished to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible.

Both the living room and the bedroom are very bright, thanks to the two large windows and the position of the property. 

Quiet and peaceful, ideal for those who want to relax while staying in the city. 

In the living room, you’ll find a table with four chairs, a cabinet with a TV and Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed— a practical solution for additional guests. 

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave oven, a fridge with freezer, all necessary kitchenware, a coffee machine and other hot drink makers, as well as cleaning products. In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed with double pillows to offer maximum comfort and optimal rest. 

The modern and functional bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities. You can use our courtesy set in the bathroom: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, shower cap, and toilet paper. 

You’ll also have at your disposal a bath towel, a face towel, a small towel for the bidet, and a shower mat. 

Exclusive use of the entire apartment, accessed via the shared staircase of a historic building. 

There are no other guests in the apartment. We do not have a ramp or stairlift for people with disabilities. 

The guest can communicate with the Host through messages directly on the official platform or via messages to a dedicated number, which will be provided directly by the host. 

Email communication can also be used. 

The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) but does not have parking spaces.

There are public parking areas nearby, both covered and uncovered (paid), from which the apartment can be reached on foot.
