Apple Tree Inn
The lighting was terrible to tiny lamps in the main part one of which was a strobe. The toilet was broken; at first it wouldn't flush, then it wouldn't stop running, I left for hours at a time to find puddles on the floor, I was able to find the problem and fix it.
