Located close to Slatine on the north-east coast of Ciovo Island, Villa Klimentina is a lovely beachfront villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is just 1m from the beach and within walking distance of some shops, restaurants, and cafés. A bridge connects the island to the medieval town of Trogir (7 km), where you can find a wide seaside promenade lined with bars, cafés and yachts, and top attractions like the St Lawrence’s Cathedral and the Sacred Art Museum.

Villa Klimentina (270 sqm) develops over two levels (ground and first floor).

The villa consists of an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofas, TV), a dining area (with a table seating 8 people) and a well-equipped kitchen with an island and breakfast bar (with 3 stools). There is also an additional room (with a mini kitchen, table, sofa, chairs, and access to the outdoor terrace) and a shared gym (outside the property, approximately 50m away).
