These beautiful, cozzy and modern apartment is located in the center of Split. All major attractions are within walking distance of the apartments. Diocletian's Palace, Riva promenade, Marjan Forest Park with a beautiful view of Split and the Islands, are within 5-minute walking distance . The Ferry port, the main bus station and the train station are only a 10-minute walking distance.
Public parking ( Kragiceva poljana) is located next to the apartments. You have your vehicle under control

The apartment is 3 floors up so be prepared to haul your luggage up and down. Apartment itself is clean and modern. AC works well. Master ensuite shower a little small with nowhere to put your soaps, etc. Easy walking down to old town. But the outside of the building (garden) is full of trash with tall spotty unmown lawn. And the stairways and hallways are also dirty. Could use some elbow grease.

Delightful apartment in Split

This 2 br apt was a great location (3 flights of stairs just FYI). Very walkable to main area of Split. Parking lot is close by and easily accessible to apt. One recommendation is for a fan in each bedroom. We didn't need AC, but if windows were opened at night, it was fairly noisy. Thanks!

Beautifully renovated apartment in Split!

This apartment is beautiful and newly renovated. Two full bathrooms, large fridge and washer dryer. The only hard part is that you have to climb to the 3rd floor with luggage. Furniture was comfortable, bathrooms were modern, and all necessities were provided. Location is great, only 10 minutes walk to waterfront or Diocletion Palace. Air Conditioner works great, but only have AC in the living room so I left my door open at night. Would definitely stay here again! Flfloor with lugga

Great Place in a Great Location

So many good things to say about this apartment. From interaction with the owner to cleanliness, everything was excellent. It's located right next to a parking lot so if you have a car it couldn't be simpler. A few minutes walk takes you to the alleys and shops of the Old Town and right along the waterfront. The place was spotless and modern. Hrvoje was really easy to work with - he provided everything we needed and was quick to respond with any questions. If you're going to Split, you should definitely look at this apartment as a place to stay.

Very lovely stay in Split

Had a wonderful time staying at this property. The amenities were clean, had great air conditioning which was needed for a steamy July. Wish we had more than one night so we could have stayed and enjoyed it more.

Loved that we were not in the center of town but close so noise was not an issue. Loved having some essentials in the cup board. Loved the extra towels and wash clothes and body wash. Very clean and beautiful.

Fabulous rental!

Great location - very easy walk to the Diocletian Palace and other sites. We spent our last night in beautiful Croatia in this rental and it was perfect. Property manager was very responsive and sent pictures so we would know exactly which building and unit we rented. I highly recommend staying here,

Great little spot for our 2 night stay in Split. It’s a short 5 min walk to the old city center. The apt is just as described in the listing with accurate photos. We appreciated the air conditioning for Split’s warm days. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

Great Location and Super Helpful Hosts

The apartment is in a great location very close to the old town and next to parking. It has been been modernized nicely with updated kitchen and bathrooms with very large showers. There is a washer with dry available in the apartment which was very useful. The host was very helpful and accommodating. I’d recommend the apartment.
