"Overall this was a nice hotel. It looks like they are in the middle of trying to update their rooms, so some walls have patches, etc. The pool and slide were nice, but the towels don’t get restocked often in that area."

"Never able to check into condo even after reservation. After contacting VRBO about the situation I come to find out that the owner is not even aware it has been listed, much less rented. I am still waiting on my full refund and 'Book with Confidence policy'. Terrible customer service!"
