"The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here."

"Our room was very clean and remodeled well. We were only staying one night so we booked the cheapest king bed room. This room #24 was an attic room which had no windows except for two skylight window on the ceiling. Didn’t have screens and it rained that evening, so we closed them. That made the room very hot and stuffy. Other rooms had balconies and I’m sure were very nice. Also, they didn’t have small towels for the shower. Breakfast was from 8-10\. "The gym, pool, spa is under construction. There are close to zero amenities at the moment. Only a bedroom with a few machines posing as a gym, and the bar. I can imagine this hotel is great when amenities are offered. Without, the price is not justified at all. The lack of amenities was not clear when we booked, and we regretted spending a high price per night for the current offering. "

"The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here."

"Lovely setting right on the lake. Staff super friendly. Better check in information and list of associated hotel amenities would be helpful. Folk should know about the fantastic spa and bikes etc that they have access to. It was wonderful!Also please change listing to reflect two bedrooms one with bunks and one with double bed. The additional double bed is not a bedroom but a sofa pull out in living room. "
