We picked this place to stay with our two teen children so they could each have their own room, we had a rental car and parking is on the property, and it’s fairly close to downtown. "The property is an off campus townhouse for college students, which I had no idea of from the listing. I felt misled by the omission of that important fact. It was four separate dorm type bedrooms and a common living area. There were many things that were dated and poorly maintained about the unit including peeling paint, stained carpet, a light fixture hanging crookedly off the wall, curious stains in a kitchen cabinet, a noisy buzzing light fixture, broken tile on the wall, etc. It was the...

The neighborhood is also next to a school, so there is morning and afternoon noise from the kids walking to and from. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable and the host was friendly. "
