  • Everyone Enjoys A Break; Enjoy Yours on the Lake

    What more could you ask for in a peaceful retreat? The property has a dock and covered slip for your boat and/or jet ski. it has plenty of parking space to park your vehicles and boat trailers. It's conveniently located only minutes off of I75. It has all the seclusion you'll need with its wooded setting and beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Bring your own boat or rent one from the local marina, Powell Valley Resort or Flat Hollow Marina. The free boat launch is located minutes from the property.

    This cozy NONSMOKING home offers on the main level a spacious living room with a full kitchen and dining room for entertaining your guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. A bunk room provides fun for the little ones and/or teenagers alike. There is a half bath & washer/dryer room. The second level has a bedroom with two queen beds with a full private bath. There is a spacious entertainment room with another queen bed. The walkout on the lower level allows you to stroll out onto the deck overlooking the lake. All rooms have a view of the lake except the half bath and full bath downstairs.

    The home has four TVs with satellite connectivity. Free Wi-Fi is provided on the property. A grill for the gourmet chef and an outdoor fire pit for late evening campfire fun is a must. Free fire wood can be used from the wood shed free of charge. Corn hole boards are provided for your entertainment. Two kayaks are also provided.

    The property has gorgeous views of the water and mountains. There are two covered decks with 1500 square feet of outside space for entertaining the guests. Cook on the grill and enjoy the view as you overlook the lake. It's truly majestic. You will probably not want to leave, but if you do, there are several other scenic locations to visit within a short drive; Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Cumberland Gap. Come enjoy the beauty of Tennessee.

    The home is located on the northeastern portion of Norris Lake and only 2.5 miles off of HWY 63. Norris Lake is great for fishing, boating, swimming, or if golfing is your passion nearby Deer-field resort offers an 18 hole Championship Golf Course.

    The clear deep water of the lake has excellent catches of striped bass, cat fish, walleye, large/small mouth bass, bluegill, and crappie. The area is also home to eagles, geese, deer, and an abundance of other wild life. If you want to play or if you just want to rest & enjoy God's creation this property is for you!

The overall expeience was Awesome. The private dock was perfect and private. The 2 kayaks were a hit with the kids. The host made the experience first class.with his kindness. I will definetly be coming back.

Host was very attentive to any issues. All pictures and information was accurate on post. Had wonderful view of mountains. The boat dock huge plus for fishing and swimming. There was 9 of us total and it felt like everyone had their own space. Wonderful host and would highly recommend for any one to stay at this property.

Stunning view

The house was everything we could have hoped for. Plenty of space for everyone and the view is unbeatable. Only recommendation is a cookie sheet to be added to the kitchen.

Great for a get-away

Had a great time staying at the house on Norris’s Lake. The location is great where there weren’t too many steps to the water. Dock worked well for our boat and to swim off of. We spent most of our time just relaxing on the covered porch. Owner was great to work with and very accommodating.

Great Location

Our family loved this house. This area of the lake is calm and quiet. The kids had fun using the diving board and the trampoline. We also enjoyed hanging out on the deck in the morning and evenings. The view is amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our vacation.

Wonderful place to stay! And Steve, the owner, was so nice and helpful! The views were incredible. We went boating, kayaking, swimming, sat out by a fire in the fire pit at night, went out to eat and to see the Abraham Lincoln / Civil War Museum. On our boat we explored many of the rivers attached to the lake. Sitting out on the deck was so beautiful and peaceful. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen and dining room are nice and there’s a washer / dryer. Sat out on the dock too and watched the wildlife. Definitely would recommend and will come back and bring the whole family next time! Thank you Steve!

Amazing views. Home was just as pictured. Plenty of room for our extend family to spread out and the Littles to have their own area to play. Pictures don’t do the view justice. Quite area of the lake. My teenage son forgot his wakeboard at home and owner went above and beyond to help us find a place to rent one! Thank you, Steve!

Great house and awesome location

Have not stayed in this area of the norris lake system before. So much more quieter and peaceful then the other places we have been to. Minimal boat traffic the entire time were there. Very helpful and friendly owner. Had everything we needed. Nice open floorplan with multiple decks. Best veiw in the cove without a doubt. Dock was easy to find and the ramp was nearby. We are planning to be back in 2025!

The home is in a quiet section of Norris Lake on the north side. The dock is great at protecting the boat. The home is well maintained with lots of amenities. Most we did nt use as we spent the time int he water and on the lake. The fire ring was great with plenty of dry firewood in a protected shelter. The deck has a great view of the lake and the mountains in the distance. Would highly recommend.

Family Fun

We aĺl had a great time. Your house fit our needs perfectly. Up stairs parents bedrooms. Lower level lots of space for the younger 20 somethings. Cousins able to hang out into late night. I enjoyed a special birthday celebration and created many many memories. We'll be back. Thank you Steve!!

Norris Lake trip

The property is in a beautiful location with a fabulous view. The beds are great. The kitchen is ok, but limited if you plan on cooking a lot indoors. Gas grill is almost new and works great. The silver ware and the dishes are a little short of what was needed. The refrigerator is adequate but lacks an ice maker so bring ice or use the cube trays. We enjoyed the dock and the kayaks and did some fishing. Steps to the dock are challenging but we made it. Would not recommend it for mobility challenged individuals. We used the corn hole game and enjoyed it. We did not use the fire pit. If you want to use it, you need something to start the fire with. Overall we really had a great time. We only had 4 people, but there is plenty of room and beds for a large family.
