« Considering they rented me a room with my children and there was shattered glass and a bullet hole through the curtains I have to say the stay was awful. My kids were scared to death to sleep there. I spoke with them and they offered to refund and said they weren’t supposed to rent that room. However still no refund and they denied the request through Expedia. So beware! »

« Room was really clean and cool. Can tell the property is new and there’s nothing wrong with that. Great TV with remote. Nice little balcony area. The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. »

« Walker in to what looked like a giant bloodstain on the floor icing and birthday candles and ROACHES all over the place it was so bad my 6 year old was scared to go to sleep and kept a shoe in his hand to hit roaches off of the walls and bed the ac barely worked shower was nasty toilet looked like a dog chewed up the seat roaches in the shower roaches in the fridge microwave ever crawling in and out the doors one bed was fine the other was broken and has a giant dip in the mattress for 64$ I...

« Only had one bath towel and the carpet throughout the hotel needs replacement. One of the staff checked in several guests as the gentleman who was trying to check me in. The room was comfortable and breakfast was just as your commercials promised. Poor walk ability to any restaurant. Several were a short ride however. »

« We had a couple of room problems at check-in, but Donovan took care of us and got us an agreeable suite. The room was large, clean and well equipped with a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, in sink disposal and china and utensils. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall it was ideal for our 3 day visit. »

« The room was run down and dreary looking. They must be trying to cover something up because the smell of deodorizer was overwhelming. We had to check out and find another place to stay. My allergies were going crazy in that room. The front desk guy was very nice and understanding about the situation. »
