The staff was exceptionally helpful but this hotel is under construction and appeared not to be ready for guests. We had no hot water and asked the agent to see if he could fix that. He came right away and was able to get the hot water working. As soon as I was done and my wife took her shower, the hot water was gone. On top of that, there are signs alll over staring kot to drink the water. There are no restaurants nearby. The breakfast was supposed to be hot but instead it was cold. Eating cold egg sandwiches was not appealing. We ate breakfast further down the road. When this hotel is completed, I bet it will be wonderful but at this time, it is not a place I can recommend.

Our place to stay in Chatham. Never been disappointed!

The place is very clean and at night it’s quiet. However, because of the construction on the street, we weren’t able to rest in the morning like we had expected, as there was too much noise and the house was shaking. Had we known it was going to be like this, we would not have booked this place.
