"We got there and had prepaid. Never had a deposit charged before. 100 was the deposit and I wasn't prepared to pay that. Said it was policy. And that it was posted everywhere. I've never seen a sign or had not seen it on expedia. Took an hour until they waved their "policy" of a 100 dollar deposit ..."
