A Stylish Modern Home in the Heart of Spalding  
  
Nestled in the center of Spalding town, this stylish and modern four-bedroom townhouse is just a 5-minute walk from the town center and local shops. Spanning three spacious floors, this property is designed to offer comfort and convenience for anyone seeking a home away from home.  
  
Ground Floor:  
The ground floor features a double bedroom and a compact kitchen/utility room equipped with a washing machine. You’ll also find a convenient shower room and toilet on this level.  
  
First Floor:  
The first floor is the heart of the home, featuring a large open-plan kitchen that opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden. Adjacent to the kitchen, a hallway leads to the living/dining room, which has been recently renovated in a calming, modern style. This spacious room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, and by the end of January, a two-seater armchair that converts into a bed will also be available. The six-seater dining table, flat-screen TV with Sky, and an electric fireplace create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.  
  
Second Floor:  
The second floor boasts a large family bathroom complete with a bath and a separate shower. Three double bedrooms are located on this level, one of which includes its own private en-suite bathroom.
