9,8/10 Exceptionnel! (230 avis)
Very nice luxury hotel which could easily be a 5 stars. We had some inconvenience with some hotel service which was solved after some discussion with the management.
The hotel is really nicely done, no doubt. Also well located in Sevilla allowing to visit all by foot.
When you are a 5 stars GL hotel then you need to take care about all small details including pro active comm with the customers when for example water supply stops for several hours and it is over 40 degrees outside! Really hope the management improves that point because the hotel is really super nice.
