Welcome to the historical residence "La Torre" in Sovicille, Italy, a remarkable property dating back to the 12nd century. This four-story vacation rental offers three apartments surrounded by trees and meadows. Enjoy the convenience of a yard, Internet WiFi, parking, and the option of an installment plan for your stay.

The property boasts a terraced garden with trees, providing ample outdoor space for relaxation and leisure activities. You can savor your meals al fresco with the provided barbecue facilities.

Within the residence, you'll find a shared lounge area equipped with a TV, as well as a washing machine for your convenience. The property covers an impressive 1,000 square meters and is fenced for added security. Please note that the owner resides in a separate semi-detached house on the premises, and each apartment is individually designed and furnished.

The "Torre 1" is a 2-room apartment with a spacious area of 55 square meters, situated on the upper ground floor. It offers a practical and romantic ambiance with a living/dining room equipped with a flat-screen TV, providing access to the garden. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower, bidet, and toilet. Additionally, the open kitchen is well-appointed with a dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment features gas heating and beautiful natural stone floors throughout.

During your vacation stay, you can enjoy a range of amenities, including a private patio, terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs, providing an opportunity to relax and savor the beautiful countryside views. Mosquito nets are installed for your comfort, and a children's high chair and baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds) are available for families with young children. Additionally, a hair dryer is provided for your convenience, and free WiFi internet access is available throughout the property. You will also have access to a reserved, fenced parking space for one car at the house.
