Very clean and cozy room with all the essentials. The staff was helpful and made the stay enjoyable.

We didn’t realize this was a VI property until we checked in despite being VI members. It was a nice option to be able to pay directly via Expedia versus using points. Perhaps because of this we were given a room upgrade. We had a two bedroom suite. The rooms were very clean. We had a great location by the pool and hot tub on the first floor and had two nice decks. The unit had a full kitchen, washer and dryer and air conditioning. The walk in showers had great water pressure and got nice and hot. It was more like an apartment vs a hotel room. The units look like they have recently been upgraded. The pool was cold but it is only June…the hot tub was great. There were games you could borrow in the club house and pool floats and toys. We didn’t use them but you get use of two bikes and there is a tennis court that also has pickleball courts. I don’t how The Pines compares in price to the Sunriver Resort but we thought it was worth the price and will definitely stay again.

The place was clean and the view is beautiful if you have a Riverview room, otherwise you would be looking at the parking lot. The pool was closed during our stay but opened the following day. The sauna was not working and ultimately appeared broken. The restaurant apparently only works on reservations, which was not made apparent in anyway. Instead of being honest about their bookings, restaurant hostess kept delaying the waitlist time and we eventually left after being told to wait 2 hours. Overall the room was good but everything else is not worth the stay. Truly disappointed

My stay was so great! The staff were very kind and helpful. The resort itself is so beautiful and definitely a must stay if you plan to stay in Redmond. I plan on coming back for sure!
