The casino and restaurants on property are great. Room not so much. First room they had us in only had hot water. Several phone calls and a trip to the front desk got us an upgrade. Next morning we discovered the coffee maker was broken. Front desk is great, maintenance is another story. AC barely keeps the room cool and it wasn’t hot in Reno. Could be a nightmare if it was hot outside
