This south facing penthouse condo overlooks the Marina at South Harbor with both sunrise and sunset views. Perfect for the couple looking to get away in style for a week or long weekend, or longer! This unit was formerly one of the suites at a bed and breakfast. THE CONDO IS NOT PART OF AN INN OR HOTEL. IT IS AN INDIVIDUALLY OWNED UNIT. This unit has a ground floor entrance with interior staircase up to the second floor. End unit for more privacy. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. VERY CLEAN. Close to everything you want to do at the beach! Public beach access is just a short drive (< 4 miles) or bike ride over the bridge.
