  • Cet sud penthouse surplombant la Marina à Port Sud a à la fois un lever et le coucher vue. Cette unité était autrefois l'une des suites de l'Inn at Port Sud, un lit de 10 unités et le petit déjeuner. Entièrement rénové en 2011, ce condo est parfait pour le couple qui cherche à sortir de style pour une semaine ou week-end prolongé. Asseyez-vous sur votre terrasse et de compter les bateaux comme ils voyagent par sur la voie navigable Intercoastal. Cette unité a une entrée au rez de chaussée avec escalier intérieur jusqu'au deuxième étage. Fin unité pour plus d'intimité. PAS D'ANIMAUX. INTERDICTION DE FUMER.

A perfect setting to spend a long weekend! We enjoyed the watching the sun set over the marina and great views of the Oak Island Bridge.

Beautiful property will definitely come back here very clean very welcoming loved sitting out on the deck over the harbor with the sunsets. The hosts were fantastic. Fantastic location and the recommendations for restaurants, etc. were very much appreciated.

My friend and I stayed for a wedding. The space was as listed, very clean, and easy communication with the host. The rental is located in a quiet community with quick access to Oak Island, or downtown Southport! Would love to come back for a stay again!

The hosts were so accommodating and easy with which to work. The condo was clean, quiet, safe, and the view spectacular! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the Southport/Oak Island area. Conveniently located and easy drive to everything there.

The location of this unit is wonderful! We had sunset and sunrise views from our deck. The marina and intercostal waterway activities are always entertaining and we could walk to two great places to eat! The unit is nicely decorated and has everything you need. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding beaches and villages. We will return!

Our stay was exceptional. The property was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the waterfront views were even better than the photos. Communication with the owners was outstanding - every message was answered almost immediately, which made everything seamless. It was our first time exploring Southport and Oak Island, and we were completely charmed by the area. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would be thrilled to stay here again. A perfect experience from start to finish.
