Welcome to Blue Haven! A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Downtown Southport, walking distance to the Waterfront and Southport Marina! Completely updated with fresh new paint, new flooring and furnishings! Come relax and unwind in this adorable condo in the quiet community at the Village of Southport. We have parking for your boat (under 25'), a community pool, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi and covered parking. Take the ferry to Bald Head Island or Fort Fisher, spend the day on the beach or charter a local fishing boat! There's so much to do in Southport, you will want to come back often!

Amazing place to stay in Southport!

This beautiful condo was our home away from home while we were in Southport visiting family. The home had everything we needed for our stay and it made traveling with our young kids so much easier since we had a kitchen and laundry! Everything was clean and comfortable and we will gladly stay here again next time we are in town!

Clean, quiet and great location!

This property was clean, convenient and perfect for our needs. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook since we ate out but it seemed well equipped. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. We recommend the property and plan on returning someday!

Perfect place for the family to relax when we weren’t at the beach. Kids loved the bunk beds. Kitchen was helpful with meals and pool was a great to get some additional time in the water. Porch and elevator were a bonus.

Southport Trip

We love the property, we love the location. It is a very comforatable condo, very clean and well appointed. The location is excellent. We do a lot of walking, and location is very convienient for walking to resturants, attractions, the river. Our favorite became the walk to the salt marsh, and and just hanging out along the water. Great location, great property. We will be returning.

This condo was such a perfect slice of beach life in the comfort of Southport. It was impeccably clean, thoughtfully appointed and SO comfortable! We had such a great visit and it was within walking distance of so much. The community pool was incredibly charming and relaxing. We will be back!

Lovely condo

The property was beautiful. Extremely clean and decorated in a wonderful beachy theme. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoyed daily swims in the quiet pool. The location was great too. Very close to downtown Southport and a short drive to the beach. We hope to return in the near future!

Our 2nd time staying here and just as lovely as before. This condo is well situated to downtown Southport and only a few minutes drive to the ferry or Oak Island. Owner has well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very quiet community and very comfortable bed for sleeping. Highly recommend

We got the place for our Pastor and his wife. They had a great stay and enjoyed it. It was peaceful. They love Southport, and this place was perfect for them. Their only complaint was it went by too fast. Thanks for all you did to make their stay wonderful. We truly appreciate it.

The condo overlooks a parking lot but is surrounded by a pleasant, leafy, quiet neighborhood. It is a short ride or an ambitious walk from restaurants on Southport's main street. The condo itself is well-laid out, roomy, and spotless. Highly recommended.

Convenient, quiet stay in lovely corner of Southport

My brother and his wife, my husband and I, all over 75, had a lovely visit with our other brother in Southport.,thanks to your lovely property. We noted that the kitchen needed a few inexpensive additions and the bathtubs needed grab bars for such an seasoned crew of vacationers. Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay. Perhaps the best amenity was the really quiet and efficient elevator which helped us avoid the stairs unless we wanted to use them. Great place.

Lovely, convenient Condo

The property was very well kept. The beds were comfortable which is always a big plus. Furniture was attractive and comfortable. We loved that it was an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants and that it felt safe doing so after dark. Be aware that if you arrive even one minute early the door will not unlock. I did speak to the owner about this; she was very prompt and reasonable in her response stating that sometimes cleaners need the full time to clean between guests but many times, if you call ahead, they can unlock the door sooner. Overall a great stay and great communication from owner.

Top Tier Managed Property

Phenomenal stay. Amazing response by the owner and you would not believe how clean the place was. Absolutely spotless. Not a piece of dust anywhere. Even the knives in the drawer were sharp. (Come on, how many times have you stayed at one of these places and the knives were dull? — I literally bring my own knives). Thank you to Catherine for a wonderful visit to NC. Our first time! We loved it.
