Steve’s Place is a comfortable Southold home with a private heated pool, fenced yard, and inviting outdoor living areas. The home offers three bedrooms and one and a half baths, sleeping up to six guests, and is well suited for family stays and longer summer visits. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and covered outdoor dining overlooking the pool. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches, vineyards, and North Fork farm stands.  
  
The Space:  
  
VRBO guests: This home is ideal for families or small groups seeking a quiet North Fork base for a longer stay. The fenced yard and heated pool provide privacy and space to relax, while the interior layout offers comfortable shared living areas and simple, functional bedrooms. Outdoor amenities are seasonal; please review availability details below.  
  
Steve’s Place is a comfortable and well-maintained Southold home designed for relaxed family stays. The home sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, with two queen beds and one bunk bed with a full-size lower bunk.  
  
Inside, the remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and opens to a cozy living area with ample seating, making it easy to spend time together after a day at the beach or vineyards. The living room is ideal for movie nights, reading, or quiet evenings in. The home is pet-friendly for small dogs, allowing the whole family to travel together.  
  
Outdoors, the fenced yard is a private retreat featuring a heated pool, poolside loungers, a gas grill, and covered deck seating with views of the pool and garden. The setting is quiet and residential, offering a calm place to unwind while remaining close to everything Southold and the North Fork have to offer.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities  
  
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including pool, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.  
  
Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.  
  
If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.  
  
IMPORTANT NOTES:  
  
\- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.  
  
\- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. (We only allow small dogs)  
  
\- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.  
  
\- Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.  
  
\- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Delightful. Pool was terrific. Kitchen was great and thoroughly equipped. Outdoor living was better than advertised. Outdoor shower was a pleasant surprise. Short drive to everything. House could use instruction manual on pool and HVAC.

We could not have been more happy with our stay. My wife and I were able to work and vacation here with our 14 and 11 year olds and our 2 year old pup. The property is immaculate and the pool and covered porch is everything. Management was incredibly responsive. And we are 100% looking at calendars for another extended stay next summer.

What a beautiful vacation in a beautiful spot. Close to Southold and Greenport and our favorite beach. The house and property were immaculate and the pool was such a great amenity to use in lieu of the beach or at the end of the day. Don't want to say too many great things because I want availability for next year😉😉

#### Beautiful home perfectly located

We had a fantastic week in this beautifully decorated Southold home with a heated pool. The home had all of the amenities you would need for a great week. Fully stocked kitchen, well appointed bedrooms, comfortable living room, and extended living space with a covered back deck, and gorgeous pool. The property, managers and owner were extremely responsive if we needed anything. I would absolutely rent this property again.
