Animal Policy: NO CATS. Maximum 2 Dogs. Must be HOUSE TRAINED and CRATED when guests leave. The cost is $35/Per Dog/ Per Night and must be paid upon booking confirmation. If you would like the animal to sleep on the bed with you, please bring a sheet for it to lay on. We highly suggest letting your dog loose. The person(s) who book the reservation assume full responsibility of any damages, additional cleaning expenses caused by the animal in the reservation as well as the safety of animal(s) on the entire property. Any unapproved or additional animals are subject to a $50 daily fee per animal. Any strong animal odors left at the home will result in a deep cleaning fee + $500 MIN ozone generation fee. So please clean up after your animals while staying :) \- Absolutely no unwarranted parties allowed. Any time beyond 2 hours will result in an additional $500 fee. \- Smoking inside the unit will lead to a minimum $500 OZONE cleaning fee, in addition to any security deposit. \- Forgotten items mailed to guests incur a $50 charge plus shipping costs. \- Quiet hours begin at 10:30 pm. \- The first noise/neighbor complaint after quiet hours will result in a $250 fine. Additional complaints lead to immediate termination of the stay with no refund. \- Parking cars on the grass incurs a $250 fine per car. \- Reservation changes are subject to approval, and if allowed, a minimum of 50% of adjusted/removed dates will be withheld by the host. No reservation date adjustments allowed within 30 days of booking. \- The host reserves the right to request photos of valid driver's licenses/passports from all guests in the party. Non-compliance will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. \- Guests must clean up all garbage from the yard every night, or an excessive cleanup fee of $50 will apply. \- Thermostats are set to a threshold of 68-72 degrees. Please plan accordingly. \- Early check-in and late check-out must be paid for at the time they are approved. No refunds. \- All issues should be reported within 3 hours after check-in. With photographic evidence. \- All issues that are not reported will not be eligible for a partial or full refund. \- Communication is very important to us. The cleaning person must not check any dishes before she leaves.No pot holders, cheap plastic sheets, the stove and oven need replaced. It took 30 minutes to boil water for pasta and then no colander....Seriously.ATTENTION: If you are allergic to mold and mildew DON"T STAY HERE.... The mold is in the basement and the smell comes up to the first floor. We could not enjoy the living room at all. Most people don't REALLY understand allergies unless they have them..The beautiful leather couch has remote buttons for recline, they don't have them plugged in.The policy (contract) that you need to read before booking is definitely written by a lawyer, They use intimidationresponses to having any friends or family visit. I understand that this is a business for them but I stay in VRBO to cook and entertain. That's why I don't stay in a hotel. It's embarrass to have to ask for permission every time you want have a guest. ##### Pauline L. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### ed h., New York 14 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté From a very objective point of view the house inside is very nice and comfortable (although where some of the light switches are makes no sense). Though it says large reclining leather sofas they do not recline. They are electric and there are no cords to plug in. There is air conditioning but it is all window units except the ome in the living room is a stand alone. As a result not every room in house is kool. Large master bedroom in particular is not very comfortable when warm outside. We mentioned that and owner immediately came over with a larger unit. Still not great. Room is approximately 400 square feet with very high ceilimgs. Second conditioner was 8k BTU's. A room that size the way it is configured could use at least 12k.Outside is very disappointing though. The deck is old and is somewhat infested with ants. The grill looks like a little portable gas grill sittimg right on the wood deck with no tank. There appeared to be an empty tank partially under the deck. There really is no fire pit. Maybe one or two stones. There is no furniture on the deck or anywhere on the lawn or near so called fire pit. In the back corner is a broken down wooden picnic table. Lastly the lawn needs to be cut and some gardening done as well as clean the exterior or the house. So if you are just going for a place to stay the inside of the house is nice. The outside leaves a lot to be desired. Lastly, as I said we did have one or two things and the response by owner was quick. ##### ed h.
