« Rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated. Bathrooms are a bit on the small side but other wise in room ammenities are ample. Breakfast was lovely and satisfying set in a gorgeous space with beautiful views. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful Highlands weekend away. »

« Room was very small with creaky floors and very noisy overall. Elm balcony room has a shared balcony which wasn’t specified so I had people talking and hanging outside my room and could see inside my room. This is expensive hotel and I would have expected better rooms but given it’s and old building I guess that’s too be expected. Overpriced for what it is. Staff and service were excellent so that was positive. »

« Visite de la région, des chutes d'eau, de fantastiques balades faciles. Motel : pas de chance, nous avons eu la plus mauvaise chambre avec le bruit des claquements de portes insupportables, la salle de bain avec la douche visible par les clients qui montent au 1er étage, car on est obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour évacuer l'humidité donc pas d'intimité, le canapé lit qui grince. La partie restauration est pratique avec pizzeria et bistrot, mais attention il est appliqué une augmentation...

« The bar/ restaurant was understaffed. The food was adequate, but burgers were raw. Bar staff not interested in food that couldn’t be eaten neither were Wednesday morning reception staff. The rooms were spacious with a sunny outlook. Bathrooms and linen require immediate updating and cleaning. Room cleaning/servicing between nights was poor. Benches not wiped. Staff are not all friendly. However, the Tuesday morning manager seemed approachable. »
