The tvs did not work the first night—the picture and the sound were broken up and garbled. The second night we needed the help of the engineer again as all three tvs said “no signal”. The showers were difficult to operate without first knowing how they worked. The twin bed’s mattress was very uncomfortable. All of the outlets in the kitchen had been shut off, but we did figure out to turn them on. The room itself was lovely, really enjoyed the ocean view and we loved the pools, the beach and the restaurants! Every staff person was wonderful. We stayed at this Ritz on our honeymoon over 30 years ago, had my 50th birthday party at Salt with guests for a weekend, stayed there for our 30th wedding anniversary and had dinner at Salt also (I highly recommend Salt), stayed many holidays with our children and friends, car shows, and it is still such a wonderful resort. You cannot go wrong staying at this beautiful resort. We have loved it for over 30 years and hope to keep going there for many more years to come.
