This private Southampton retreat is within walking distance of Shinnecock Hills Golf Club and sleeps up to 10 guests, with a private pool, expansive yard, off-street parking, multiple living areas, and a bonus lower-level studio with private entrance and en-suite bath. A private, upscale home base for families, golf groups, or corporate guests during tournament week.

The space
Hidden behind mature privacy hedges lies our spacious Southampton home, designed for comfort, privacy, and an easy Hamptons stay.

The full-width front porch welcomes you into a large foyer with access to two living rooms, an eat-in kitchen with island, formal dining space, dedicated office/workspace, and 3.5 bathrooms.

Upstairs, the home includes 4 large bedrooms, including a primary suite with en-suite bath, jacuzzi tub, and stand-up shower. The lower level includes a bonus studio-style suite with private entrance and en-suite bath, ideal as a separate sleeping area, quiet lounge, or workspace.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, large deck, spacious lawn, outdoor seating, and a peaceful setting screened by lush hedges. The layout gives groups plenty of room to spread out, relax, and recharge between U.S. Open sessions, beach days, dinners in town, or quiet time at home.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the home, pool, deck, yard, driveway parking, kitchen, living areas, laundry, office/workspace, and bonus lower-level studio.

Check-in instructions will be provided before arrival. Free off-street parking is available in the driveway. Certain owner storage, utility, and maintenance areas may remain locked.

Other things to note
This is a quiet residential property best suited for families, golf groups, and mature guests. No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings.

For U.S. Open week, traffic patterns, pedestrian access, parking, ride-share locations, and local road rules are controlled by the event organizers and Town of Southampton. Guests may walk to the golf course if desired.

The private pool is available during the season. Children must be supervised around the pool and outdoor areas at all times. The hot tub is not included unless expressly confirmed in writing before booking.

Scheduled services such as landscaping, pool maintenance, tick/mosquito treatments, trash pickup, or similar upkeep may occur during longer stays.

Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules. Guests are responsible for actions of their guests, whether explicitly named as a Guest for the stay or unnamed.

Guests understand and acknowledge that the Property may contain inherent risks or hazards. Guests knowingly and freely assumes all such risks, both known and unknown, related to their stay. Guests hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges the Owner/Host from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, sickness, or death, as well as property damage and expenses, of any nature, occurring during the stay. Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner/Host from any claims, lawsuits, or liabilities brought by or on behalf of the Guest, their family members, or their invitees.

For security and property protection, cameras may be in use on exterior grounds and in interior utility/service rooms. No cameras are located in bedrooms, bathrooms, or guest living/sleeping areas. Smart utility monitoring may also be used for water/leak, HVAC, pool equipment, Wi-Fi/router, and similar system alerts.
