The service was excellent overall. We were welcomed on arrival and given a tour. The bellmen were attentive and kind. The front desk from the overnight staff to the general manager were all helpful and accomodating. The bar restaurant had great food and drinks as did the main. We stayed over-water and the bungalows were immaculately kept and really stunning. If I had anything to improve upon it would be the poolside/beach service. It was confusing how to get drink service there. We saw other people getting drinks but we were never asked." Rooms were super clean, the grounds were immaculate, and staff did everything they could to accommodate and assist. We stayed over Christmas, and the resort had Santa arrive on a boat to deliver presents to the kids on the beach which was a great time. Thanks again Intercontinental!
