About this property
Beautiful Pool and Lake View
- This special studio condo is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Walkable to downtown for shopping and great restaurants. Yet right here on Lake Michigan on our private association beach. Plenty of room to enjoy the lake or hang out in our very large pool and community desk. This property is on the third floor. There are no elevators in the building but the staircases have landings to make the trip easier. Being on the top floor the unit is quieter than most and the views or the best.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the association property, including beach buildings, patio, parking lot and of course your condo. If you or anyone in your party does smoke, this breaks our lease agreement and you`ll be asked to leave the property immediately.
If you bring additional guests on property who have not been registered and which are not part of the original number in your reservation, they will be asked to leave immediately, and we will consider asking you to leave as well.

Right on the beach and walkable to everything in South Haven! The condo is small, but perfect for two adults, and the Murphy bed was very comfortable!

Great location, walkable to everything! The only issue was the AC unit was just ok. It was hot a couple of the days we were there and wanted the unit to get a little colder.
