"Room is not nice. It is not clean, and it feels like the slums."

"Breakfast was ok. There were lots of carb options but only boiled eggs for protein. Staff was ok, but only one lady seemed to be remotely knowledgeable about the area and actually advised us how to get to Penn Station. Upon arrival/check in the beds were clean and room smelled fresh, however, there were dirty dishes in the sink, no toilet paper on a roll they were sitting underneath the cabinet instead. Not all of the lights worked in the room either. The bathroom vanity light was all we had because the shower light wouldn’t come on. Not all of the lamps worked or had bulbs. And the blinds were torn as well. I did speak with the staff about my concerns and was told they’d put in a ticket but no one ever came to fix or even check on anything. My stay was the 6th - 11th. I did enjoy the shuttle service to/from the airport but my children hated not having a pool available. The pool is open, but only for the British Swim School participants!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel. The location is great but we had a small hiccup the first night. There was an odd/bad smell in the room. We asked to change rooms and couldn’t do it until the following day. I got clean sheets to try to help the situation. The woman at the desk at night was very helpful and understanding. I had asked the following day AND at check out if I can be compensated anything for the first night since it was not up to par and I was told yes. It was my fault for not following through but I was then charged the entire amount for the room and I don’t believe I should have been."

"Great place to stay for an early flight. They have a shuttle to drop you off at the gates. Family friendly. Safe local. Good enough breakfast. All points checked off. Highly recommend."

"Our room wasn’t ready and was given another room instead. That room smelled horrible, the bathroom wasn’t clean. There was water all over the bathroom and on one of the beds. The carpet was wet too. It was obvious the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The staff was nice though. Guy at the front desk was really kind. The cafe was good too. Food was good. "
