This charming villa is nestled in the iconic town of Soufriere, St Lucia. This villa offers: \-Two bedrooms w/queen size beds \-One bath \-Dining area seats 4 guests \-Spacious living room \-Fully equipped Kitchen \-Free Wifi \-Free Parking \-A/C Only a five-minute walk to Soufriere town center and Marina. Walking distance to local restaurants, Bakeries, Souvenir shops, and from a major Supermarket, Massey. Directly across the street to Diamond Falls. No Shuttle service Private access to the rear entry of the home. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. 1\. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. 2\. Check/In time is 4:00 p.m and Check/Out time is 11:00 a.m 3\. No beach shoes inside the home. 4\. No smoking inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted out on the balcony. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property. 5\. No parties or events. 6\. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people. Guest will be charged a fee for any additional guests. 7\. Quiet time after 11 p.m. 8\. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. 9\. Please wash your dishes and dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. 10\. No pets allowed. 11\. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 12\. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to AirBnB. 13\. Please take care of the furnishings. Guest will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 14\. Please don’t move or rearrange the furniture 15\. No illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises. 16\. No Exception To Check-In and Check-Out Times Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance. .Any requests for a late check-out will be subject to approval and may incur a 25 feefor each additional hour beyond the designated check-out time. The villa has completely been renovated and the kitchen has the essentials for you to make fresh salads/meals. The owner communicates with you by phone if needed. My cell service did not work so we contacted the owner through whatsapp to obtain the door combination and password for wifi. There was no delay, the owner responded quickly to meet our needs. The neighborhood is safe and you park along the street like everyone else. The AC units are also new so they keep the place cool. The villa is outfitted with smoke alarms and Carbon Monoxide alarms so there is not worry about that either. The local folks are very kind which made this trip the most memorable for us, we explored the island in ways that a tour van can not provide. The grocery store is a short distance down the road and has plentiful, fresh fruit and vegetables. You will also be able to locate food that is familiar to you. If you get a chance, try vegetables from the fruit stands, best lettuce and tomatoes ever!! We had absolutely no problem getting use to the differences in power, just follow the handout from your check in procedures. Great stay and beautiful villa.
