Overbooked and no proper replacement
"I had ordered a room in the hotel with at least Wifi. They ran out of rooms and tried to save the situation by offering us a cottage. "We arrived after11:30 PM and reception was closed. They did have an emergency number and I was able to reach a staff member to let us into the room. The room had ants. We couldn't resolve it until the next day. Didn't use the pool as the beach was a short walk."
