« Un très beau séjour à Sopot dans un bon hôtel. On était à côté de la mer et des restaurants,la chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée.Belle piscine avec un jacuzzi,un sauna et un personnel très disponible.Le petit déjeuner était peut-être le seul bémol car pas aussi fourni et frais que dans l’autre hôtel 5 étoiles de Gdansk. Le plus de l’hôtel est la plage privée avec son bar à champagne. »

« Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble à 2 exceptions près qui font perdre une étoile à ma note: - le ménage n'est pas fait dans la chambre pendant toute la durée du séjour sauf sur demande à faire auprès de la réception. Certes c'est expliqué à l'enregistrement mais cela reste surprenant. - la qualité de la literie est juste moyenne. Pour le reste rien à redire, tout est excellent avec une mention spéciale pour la jeune femme à la réception extrêmement compétente et agréable. »

"While the position is convenient, pretty much everything else was a miss and made me change my mind altogether on using similar apartments. Pro: - Location Cons: - The whole apartment was extremely dirty, old, dusty, treated with carelessness. We arrived and the floor was covered in a black dust, and we immediately informed Sun & Snow. They sent someone the day after to clean but they said in Poland they do not mop the floor so the lady just vacuumed. We purchased all cleaning supplies and did it ourselves. - So many pieces of furniture and decor were falling apart, losing plastic and pieces, lamp shades were stained, shower curtain was moldy, blinds had hole punched. - We were give only 1 pot, broken, bent and with scratched teflon. No other pots, no salt or oil or whatever just one pot and a range of assorted tableware. - A lady came several times to shout at us because we weren't doing the recycling correctly, although no instruction was provided by Sun and Snow other than "throw it in the courtyard". She called us "dirty tourists" and menaced she would have made us lose our deposit (she wasn't even working anywhere, just a random neighbor). She could access cameras in the public areas and said she was monitoring us. - No instructions were provided on how to pick up the keys. - Windows were not double insulated and there was frequent drag racing downstairs"
