The ice machine was broken for a week. The washing machine soaked my clothes without spinning them out properly. The laundry and ice machine room the next week it was fixed the door was broken and the staff couldn't unlock it. When I extended my stay they wanted me to pay an extra $50 dollars to stay in my room or I would have to leave from 11am to 3pm with all my stuff and check back in. The TV was set on store display mode so, portions of the picture on the TV would be covered up constantly with different graphics. This was annoying. I will say my room was clean. The room was large too compared to other hotels I have stayed at. When you don't have a refrigerator in your room ice is important. If the price wasn't right I would be livid.

A very rude Indian lady who works during the front desk with glasses she know who she is very rude to me and other guest from what I’ve heard nasty attitude curse me out, got into a whole argument with her because I came to extend my room five minutes after 11 AM after I had been at that particular property for over two weeks extending every day no respect for me or my money. I was told it doesn’t matter and she doesn’t care I can literally say I love this property down. Every staff member is respectful, but this particular woman.
