The canyon was closed for day 1 of our skiing which made it all the more worth it to stay right in Solitude village. The condo has a convenient ski locker for storage, access to Club Solitude amenities, and is a short 5 minute walk to the Apex lift. We also took the Solitude shuttle to the Moonbeam base area to catch the UTA bus up to Brighton which avoids having to get parking reservations. If you don't want to eat out every meal, I recommend getting groceries before going up the canyon. The convenience store in the village has a very limited selection. ##### Dan M.
