Welcome to our cozy and modernly furnished apartment with approx. 85 m² of living space. It offers plenty of room and comfort – perfect for business travelers, project workers/tradespeople or families.  
  
The apartment features two separate bedrooms as well as a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with dining space, sofa and TV. Large windows provide plenty of natural daylight. From the balcony or terrace, you can enjoy a pleasant view and comfortable outdoor seating. A modern bathroom with shower completes the layout.  
  
The stylish, fully equipped fitted kitchen is ideal for self-catering and longer stays. Amenities include, among others, a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic cooktop, oven, as well as additional kitchen appliances. The entire apartment is fitted with high-quality, easy-care vinyl flooring.  
  
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable single box-spring beds, which can be combined into double beds if required. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Free street parking is available directly outside the property.
