It is located in Solin, nearby the famous town Split (15min to center), on a private 700 sqm plot consisting of 165 sqm of useful space spread on two floors and can accommodate 6+1 people. This amazing villa is perfect for relaxed family or friend gatherings and a perfect base for day tours as you are located close to many attractions and activity possibilities. The interior of Villa Elia is very well organized, very bright and with amazing views from every room, the views on the pool, the town Split, or to the mountains and pine trees that are surrounding the property. The owners are a young couple that is taking great care of your well-being and you can expect them to show you around at your arrival giving you all the needed information about what to visit, where to go, and all other information about recommended activities or attractions to visit. This would be your perfect home away from home for a well-deserved stress-free vacation. \* The outdoor area offers a private, heated swimming pool 9m x 4,5m with a hydromassage, a shallow part 1m x 4m (0,5m depth) for your youngest family members or just for chilling, an outdoor shower, and 6 deck chairs. There is a covered terrace with a lounge corner, a dining area with a barbecue (gas), and table tennis. The parking lot is secured for 4 cars on private property, fenced. \* The ground floor offers a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV with Netflix and IPTV, air conditioner, free WiFi, comfy sofa, and two lazy bags with glass walls toward the pool area. Our host was very helpful, providing excellent customer service. The pool, although on the smaller side compared to some, proved excellent for its cleanliness and temperature, as well as having just the right amount of chlorine. The Villa is very well equipped, both inside and out (beautiful terrace area with outdoor kitchen area, gas BBQ, dining table and lounge area, plus very comfortable sun loungers). Simple 15-20 min drive into Split, where parking is ample: roadside free of charge if you find a spot (and we often did), or fairly inexpensive in a car park at just over 1 Euro per hour. Split most enjoyable in the morning before 11:00 with far fewer people. Recommend Bokeria for its breakfasts, Biberon for its sushi and Bosso Steak and Burger House. Salt has a tasty range of vegan and gluten-free food. Lots of beaches and villages in close proximity. Definitely recommend visiting Krka National Park by car, as well as the islands, blue cave and blue lagoon by boat.
