Staff very friendly and helpful. 2 pools very nice. Quite a bit of road noise. The hotel recorded a taxi driver who was fantastic. "

Mas quanto a parte para a gastronomia deixa muito à desejar com lanches fracos,o restaurante pouco contribue nos obrigando a buscar outras opções fora do hotel e o restaurante La Terraza não vale nada a pena. Ótimo hotel que precisa melhorar sua oferta gastronômica para seus hospedes."

"So this is a nice, non-corporate hotel. 10 semi-detached rooms - large with balcony and good shower and smart TV and WiFi… A decent sized pool - overlooks a river, the other size of which is Paraguay. Martin and team were attentive and keen to help. Inclusive breakfast was good - cold foods. Optional omelettes, etc. Good mix of international and local (missionary) food. Evening menu is fine - decent food. It’s not a Michelin star restaurant - but I never expected it to be!! Some reviews have complained that it’s a long way from the centre - but that’s your choice, I WANTED somewhere in the jungle overlooking a border river! If you don’t then go somewhere else… Also - handy tip, make friends with the taxi driver and book them for your trips (ours took us to our next hotel in Brazil). Overall - I’d strongly recommend it."

"Great location just 1 block from the bus ststion and easy access to a 40 min ride to Iguazu National Park. Delicious breakfast buffet. Great value. Fantastic pool abd pool bar. Reasonabke priced spa with great services. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone. Especially comfortable for families."

"We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Iguazu Falls...it was just like a tropical paradise! The staff was so accommodating, the breakfast was awesome, our room was so clean, and the surroundings were so peaceful! We would love to return some day!"

"Stayed at Loi 2 nights in a superior room. It is difficult to find high end hotels in the Iguazu area unless you stay at the Gran Melia for double or even triple Loi's nightly rates. Do not expect luxury here. While Loi advertises as 5* it certainly is missing the qualities and details of a high end resort. It really is a 4*. As an example, there were many things broken in our superior room: blinds in bathroom, tub very worn out, lamp shades by bed crooked and loose. We complained twice to house keeping about the toilet getting clogged. Curtain loops are torn. Restaurant seats had stains... With that said, the location is beautiful and pool area with tiki bar is very nice. I wish management paid attention to details, with the right care and some refurbishing this could be a marvelous hotel given its location. Stay here if you are OK to settle for less and to receive decent accommodations without the luxury."
