### Brand New Luxurious Apartment in Central Sofia

We have the pleaseure to offer fully renovated, brand new luxury apartment facing south-east on the third floor. It has surface area of 55m2.  
  
It is a bright place near the Serdica shopping center, Oboriste street and 15min from the airport. The property has easy access by tram, buses or on food. Suitable for couples and/or single visitors.  
  
There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Two large parks and another small but very prrety and central, playground within a minute's walk are available.  
  
Our goal is that you feel as comfortably as you feel at HOME.
