"Really easy check-in process and comfy room located in a central location in Verona. The room was clean and cosy, however the walls are super thin so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. I awoke to I am guessing the manager of the property on the phone to someone right outside my door telling them they "you are clearly not very educated, stop calling and enquire about your reservation on email".Which wasn't the wake up call I would have liked. "We are ten friends and rented three apartments in the building. Everyone was happy! It truly does overlook the castle and is an easy walk into town for restaurants. Nadia was friendly and always available if needed. Just a few things to keep in mind: no elevator to the apartments in the upper three floors, however those apts all have balconies. Also, the internet never worked. We all agreed we would stay there again. Thank you, Nadia!"
