All around great place to stay.

Beautiful home an nice pool. Kitchen appliances available which made cooking at home easy. Jetted tub didn't work. There were ants and stinky trash can but other then that house was pretty clean. Would definitely stay again.

Everything I wanted for vacation

Absolutely gorgeous home. Spent a week here but wanted to buy the place. The pool was great. Beds were comfortable. House was perfectly clean. It's in a really quiet area with privacy by the pool because of trees blocking the neighbors. Wifi, air conditioning, kitchen was excellent. Spacious even for a big family. I already recommended it to friends and family. I hope to come stay here again!

Family vacation

The house has tons of potential and is in a fantastic location but sadly not up to standards. When we arrived the house was not fully cleaned, the garbage can was already full so we had to store garbage bags in the garage till it was picked up (we arrived Saturday and garbage company came Tuesday), and the pool/patio was not clean. There were multiple hornets flying around the porch/pool. The air conditioner was locked at 72 which was okay for the downstairs but 4 bedrooms were upstairs so the rooms were stuffy and hot especially at night! We attempted to contact Vacasa and they said that it could not be unlocked and needed to stay set at 72. The area however was fantastic, beaches were close, people were friendly, food and shopping all around!

The house was clean and a lot bigger than expected! There were minor repairs that should probably be made to the property but it didn’t affect our stay. The kitchen had everything needed! (Pots,pans,silverware,coffee pot, toaster, plates,bowls) the beds were very firm and not that comfortable, and the pillows weren’t great, so bring your own. The pool was great and we saw a couple frogs and little lizards.

It was lovely!! My son was able to enjoy one day in the pool. Very, very spacious and big. It was only 2 tv’s for the whole home so kids had to watch tv on their phones while in the rooms as well as me and my husband. It was very quiet and pleasant. Would say just supply the other rooms with a tv incase someone just wants to be in the room relaxing.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. Immaculately clean. Secluded but close to everything. Very big, accommodated our big family with room to spare. Beautiful private pool and outside area. Highly recommend.

Girls getaway and reset

The property was nice. However- the cleanliness of the property was lacking some. The couches were stained, carpets were stained. And the bathroom showers had hair in them. The backyard fence was rotting in some places. Two of the beds had no box springs under them which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Lots of space but very poorly cleaned and maintained.

This house has the potential to be extremely nice and probably was at one point. The outside of the house is poorly maintained. The back deck is in bad shape with rotten deck boards creating fall risk for kids. When we arrived the garage was full of trash and leaves. There was a birds nest in the garage indicating it had been open for quite some time. The floors were disgusting. I don't think they had been cleaned for months. There are stains in the ceiling and walls and evident places where the paint has been touched up to hide more stains. All that being said, we had a good week. The house is close to the beach and dining. The private pool is a plus.

Awesome Stay!

The house is great! The pool is wonderful! Most everything was awesome. Only problems were the jet is tub didn't work, still a great soaking tub. The shower head in the master bathroom is 7 or more feet high in the stall, I couldn't reach it, so that's a problem. The washer was broke, but they called me before my stay and told me ahead of time, and the repairman came during our stay to fix it, but he didn't have the part and had to order one. All and all the family vacation was a win! The Neil's and The Neal's had a great trip! Thank you.

Was a bit disappointed

The house was beautiful. But trash was left in the garage and really smelled. Not a nice welcoming. The tub in the bed down stairs did not work. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher. The lights around the pool did not work. So pool area was pitch balck at night.

Short of Paradise

The first impression, as you make your way down the driveway, Wow! The house looks spectacular. Then boom, trash overflowing from 3 trash cans. There were no lights in the backyard to enjoy the pool area after sunset. A couple of the bed comforters were stained along with the rugs throughout the house. Has the potential to be a profitable rental but Vacasa is terrible at being a property manager. I blame them not the homeowner. Called numerous times along with texts and only received a hopeful text in regards to positive review.

So much potential

The positives… the house was clean and conveniently located. The not so positive .. Such an odd house. No end tables or coffee tables in living area. The bench from the piano was in the living area as the only table? Bathrooms did not have trash cans, not even the basics for kitchen ie pepper.. Coverings missing from outlets, wires hanging from where a ceiling fan should be. No lounge chairs by the pool. This property could be substantially better with a little TLC.

If you’re looking for a place for a large group this house works. House is worn down with stains on the couch, a worn out deck, a few pool items, but the float was deflated & they were half way stored in the deck storage. The garage door took about 10 or more tries to get it to work. There were roaches & water bugs. The toilet upstairs leaks out of the tank off and on & we had to keep a bucket under it to keep it from leaking onto the floor. There weren’t hand soaps anywhere, we had to use additional toilet paper and trash bags. There was a broom, but it had hair all wrapped in it, didn’t sweep well and I had to use my foot on the dustpan as it didn’t lay flush on the floor. There were pictures of the FROG which we intended to use, but found that the thermostat had been removed and it was way too hot to have anyone stay in it. There was food and dirt under the couch that had been there for a while. We had received a cleanliness text shortly after we arrived that I provided a good score on, but I wish I had waited until later to score the place. Most places have magazines or info on local stuff to do & places to eat, but this had none. The trash cans were out at the street when we arrived & had to bring them up. On the plus side the managing company was very responsive & provided us with additional towels & washcloths as there was only 1 set provided for us for 1 day. There was 1 bathroom upstairs to share between 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom downstairs & 1 bathroom in the bedroom.

Do not rent this property! It started when we tried to enter the home & the door code wouldn’t work. That was easily enough fixed after I figured out how to contact Vacasa. As we were trying to get into the house there was a large roach running across the carpet that we could see from outside. I told the man I was speaking to & he said he would report it. A little bit later I received a text asking me for a picture of the issue. I sent him the picture & was told there was bug spray under the sink in the laundry room, there was not.Then I went outside to check out the pool & outdoor living space my family had been excited to enjoy. The pool was gross & had algae. I reported it immediately. I was told it had been cleaned that morning but the would send someone out in the morning. Friday morning pool guy shows up dumps a chemical in the pool stirs it up turns on the water & leaves. My husband informed him the pumps were not working & he said he’d tell someone. I notified Vacasa what had happened & sent them pictures of the rotting frog carcasses in the skimmer basket, and the torn liner. I also reported the rotted deck board that had a large hole in it.They said they would get someone out to get things corrected. They asked if it would be ok for someone to come out and fix everything I said of course. That was Friday around 10. At 3:30 no one showed up, so I sent another message & was told to wait a little longer.It’s Sunday & no one fixed anything! Never again
