The property has the most wonderful views from its elevated position. The driveway is steep - but worth it. Imagine beautiful sunsets in front of a roaring fire on the deck in autumn - that’s what we got. (Not sure if the owners arranged the sunsets, but the fire & indoor wood burner were ready to light.) Kitchen was stocked with choice of cereals plus milk & juice for breakfast plus other nice touches. There were many appliances & cookware options and a BBQ to boot. Bathroom & kitchen were very clean, but allergies were triggered in the bedroom (maybe dusty curtains?). Local wildlife in the garden was an added bonus. Smithton is located in the north-west, close to the Tarkine drive & Stanley. Im like trust me. We reached the cabin walked through the back door and everybody was just blown away as we walked through it. We then got to the verandah and just looked out at the sea view. Its beautifully furnished but has all the mod cons. Sitting out on the porch beside the fire watching the sun going down is amazing. The location is super peaceful but only 5 minutes from a woolworths so the best of both worlds.
