Excellent location, comfortable room, and a great restaurant and coffee bar. However, the valet parking service was disappointing. A pen mark was left on the leather interior of my car, and resolving the issue was frustrating because the valet service is operated by a third-party company, making communication inefficient.

Great location close to all the action on Broadway. Room was nice, even without windows on the interior room. Staff was helpful. All access went thru an app which worked well enough, though it did quit working one night and I had to re-check in to get it working again. Would recommend if visiting Broadway is your plan.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. We arrived several hours before check-in and had to get ready for a conference, but our room wasn't ready yet. Instead of simply asking us to wait, the staff went above and beyond by making accommodations so we could get dressed and prepared for our event. They also called us as soon as our room was ready, which made the entire experience stress-free. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find, and it truly made a difference in our stay. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
