### Smithy's Shore Thing - Beautiful property in Smiths Beach

There are 4 bedrooms in the house and a bungalow too. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a super king bed with walk in robe, en-suite with bath, shower, toilet and floor heating, tv, Split system and ceiling fan.  
  
The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs and all have carpet. The main bathroom is downstairs and has a bath, toilet and shower. The bungalow has a queen bed, tv, bar heating and ensuite too with shower and toilet.   
  
The main living area upstairs is open plan with tv, dvd, wood fire, split system and views from the deck off the lounge area. There is an outdoor setting on the deck to soak up the views and enjoy a summer lunch or bbq. The downstairs living area has a couch and access to the very private front garden area. The modern fully equipped kitchen has electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher and everything you need for a family lunch or dinner. The floorboards are low maintenance too and there is a ducted vacuum system for easy cleaning convenience during your stay.  
  
One parking space is available under the carport as a jetski (not available for guest use) is left in the second spot permanently!

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.  
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.  
  
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.  
  
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

#### i would like to add more but there isn’t enough space. Certainly not as clean as we expected.

Like the area, however too far out of town. Cleanliness was an issue for us. Potato chips under the coffee table, obviously not cleaned to our liking. Disappointed unable to store groceries in a pantry which was locked. We will not be returning.

#### Great house and location, some issues

A lovely place to stay but it could have been cleaner on arrival. The lounge suite wasn't straightened up and tidy. The dishwasher was full. There were sheets and a towel left outside the bungalow. The garbage and recycling bins were overflowing from the previous occupants, we actually had to bring rubbish home with us.
