On October 17 in the afternoon, there was a protest in front of the hotel.
We were DISAPPOINTED at the absence of hotel management during this time of crisis at the main reception area when the protesters were in front of the main entrance. We saw only two staff members who could NOT answer any questions.
The two main wooden doors could NOT be closed for more protection. One door was inoperable and stuck.
In time of any crisis, it would reassuring to see management present!
