The front desk is not adequately staffed and there are many times when no one is in attendance. This hotel is in desperate need of upgrades, as the king bed mattresses were horribly uncomfortable, there is no air conditioning, and the ceiling fan that was installed could literally decapitate a person over 6' tall.
