« I’ve stayed at this property over 20 times in the last 20 years, and it has never been updated. Property is showing its age, and now they want to charge for parking. Very disappointed that this property hasn’t kept up with the times and terms of the decor, amenities, and overall freshness. « Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« This is a hidden gem. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were CLEAN, the beds were FANTASTIC, the property was inviting and affordable. « Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kids had fun at the indoor pool, but the tile flooring was very slippery & dangerous. Our shower was great, but there was no shampoo, soap, or conditioner in the dispensers. We were told the free continental breakfast was until 11am. We got all packed up with 3 children, and got to breakfast at 9am. We walked in and breakfast was over, and we were told we could go eat at the restaurant on the property, but would have to pay.
